Sasha Bianca Lane best known as Sasha Lane is an American actress born on September 29th, 1995 in Houston, Texas. She grew up in Dallas, Texas and her father is African-American while her mother is from New Zealand of Maori descent.
Her parents divorced when she was still young and she went to live with her mother moving severally before they settled in Frisco, Texas. She used to work as a waitress before she became an actress and she was also a stand out athlete in basketball, track and field teams. She went to Texas University in San Marcos, Texas but she left before completing her studies.

Arnold spotted Lane sunbathing on a shoreline while on spring break. Path said in a meeting that she “felt Arnold’s vibe and chose to confide in Arnold for a tryout.”
The film had its reality debut on May 15, 2016, at the Cannes Film Festival, where it won the Prix du Jury. The film was discharged in a restricted discharge on September 30, 2016, by A24.
