Raphael Miranda is an American meteorologist and weather producer at WNBC television in New York City, New York. He serves as a weatherman for Weekend Today in New York program, a primary fill-in meteorologist for the weekday newscasts, Miranda serves as the host of the Megaphone Interactive Trivia of Saturday Today in New York.

Born in Bedford Hills, New York, Miranda graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish, with a concentration in Latin American literature and a Bachelor of Science degree in broadcast journalism from Brooklyn College. Additionally, Miranda earned a geosciences/meteorology degree from Mississippi State University.
In 2007, Miranda started as a weather intern at WNBC. Since then, Miranda has appeared on national and local networks including MSNBC, CNBC World, News 12 Westchester and now-defunct NBC Weather Plus. He was also an occasional meteorologist for Early Today until Weather Plus shut down in December 2008. He serves as weatherman of Weekend Today in New York since 2009, following the departure of SallyAnn Mosey in 2008 and he also serves as a host of the MegaPhone Interactive Trivia from 2014 onwards since Kaitlin Monte left for WPIX as a traffic reporter for the morning newscast in June of that year.
