Rachel Jordan is an American Community Journalist for ABC7. She joined the ABC7 team in February 2019 after reporting for Garden Grove TV-3 in Orange County.
Before moving to SoCal, Jordan zigzagged her way across the U.S. She began her broadcasting career at KRQE-TV in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where she produced and hosted lifestyle programming.
After that, Jordan was an anchor and producer for FOX Midday News at WFXB-TV in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University.
She can’t wait to share stories about the diverse, unique community of Long Beach. In her free time, you can find her at the beach, doing yoga, or taking too many pictures of her little dog, Lucy.
