Michelle Troconis is the current girlfriend of Fotis Dulos, the estranged husband of Jennifer Dulos. She is the acting CEO and an entrepreneurial inventor who helped launch a ritzy world-renowned ski resort in Argentina.

She has worked as the Event Coordinator at Outsourced Marketing Group since January 2015. She kicked off her career in January 2000 as a public relations officer at Ghantoot Racing & Polo Club a position she held up to October 2003.
In February 2001 she began working as a Therapeutic Riding Instructor and manager at RDAD Therapeutic Riding Center until October 2003.
Later she joined Cerro Castor SA, as a marketing director, of public relations. She participated in organizing and setting up the Marketing Department in conjunction with the CEO, during the initial setup of the company. She also helped in preparing the required job descriptions for different departments such as Human Resources, Press, and media.

Michele joined ESPN in June 2004 as a host and producer. She was the coordinator and producer of a TV show called “Snow Time”. The show included the logistic of sending a team which often consisted of a producer, cameraman, and Correspondent, to cover all the ski resorts of Chile and Argentina during the winter season from June up to October.
Michelle Troconis Boyfriend – Fotis Dulos
Michelle got into a relationship with Fotis Dulos a year before Jennifer Dulos filed for divorce. According to court records, Jeniffer said that her husband used to refer to Troconis as his “paramour.”
According to divorce papers, Troconis has “significant ties to Argentina” as her child lives there and the father of her child owns a ski resort there. Jennifer said that in the past her husband made references “to disappearing to a ski resort, ‘where everyone wears masks every day and are indistinguishable from one another.”
Michelle Troconis Arrest
Troconis was arrested on Saturday together with Fotis in connection with the disappearance of Jennifer Dulos. The two were charged with tampering with or fabricating physical evidence and first-degree hindering prosecution. They were arrested in an Avon hotel and were charged with evidence tampering and hindering prosecution. According to court records, the evidence against them includes “multiple stains on the garage floor which tested positive for human blood” at Jennifer’s New Canaan home. The records further state that there were “multiple areas of blood splatter” — and “evidence of attempts to clean the crime scene.”
The two were believed to have driven along a nearby highway the day Jeniffer disappeared and stopping more than 30 times
They are said to have driven in his black Ford Raptor pickup truck about 4 miles along Albany Avenue near their mansion in Farmington some 70 miles away from New Canaan the day that Jennifer disappeared.
According to the court’s records, Fotis’ cellphone records and area surveillance footage indicate that he stopped “at over 30 locations.”
The court records state that a man matching Fotis description was in a truck matching Fotis’s description. He is believed to have left the vehicle during stops and placed multiple garbage bags into various trash receptacles. The passenger on the truck who is believed to be Tronconis would lean out of the truck and be seen “either placing something on the ground or picking up an item.”
DNA tests have shown that “numerous items recovered from trash receptacles” were “found to contain Jennifer Dulos’ blood.”
The two were arraigned in Norwalk Superior Court on June 3, 2019, and held on a $500,000 bond.
