From bronze sequins to black gowns and neon pumps, there was huge variety as stars rocked the red carpet for the 71st Director’s Guild Awards.
The Oscars warm-up act was held at the Hollywood and Highland Center in Los Angeles and the stars were out in force with torrential rain failing to dampen the mood.

Dame Helen Mirren was amongst those to steal the show with bright pink heels and lipstick to match, around a flowing black dress and jacket.
The British actress, 73, arrived on the red carpet alongside her director husband Taylor Hackford, a former president of the DGA.
Crazy Rich Asians star Constance Wu was also in attendance and wore a floor-length black dress with silver details as well as white feathers attached to the bodice.
The 36-year-old carried a clutch purse to complete the look.
Octavia Spencer, an executive producer on award nominee Green Book, wore all black for the occasion.
