Temperatures plunge Sunday afternoon

Source; wgntv.com

In a matter of about two hours, temperatures in Chicago plunged more than 15 degrees Sunday afternoon.

The city went from an unseasonably warm 50 degrees all the way down to a below average of 34 degrees in that short time span.

Thousands of shoppers were out in force downtown for the Black Friday weekend, and not everyone was fully prepared for the temperatures to drop so drastically.

Thankfully, the Christkindlemarket was just a few short steps away, where visitors could grab a hot cocoa, or some other warm beverages.
