Colin Donnell is an American actor who is famously known for his role on the medical drama Chicago Med (2015–present) as Dr. Connor Rhodes. His other notable roles include appearing as Tommy Merlyn in The CW television series Arrow, as Billy Crocker in Anything Goes and as Scotty Lockhart on the Showtime drama “The Affair”.
