In the early eighties, he began a modeling career, moving to work in Milan. It became a famous face thanks to the advertisements of some great fashion houses, such as Christian Dior, who arrived on Italian television in the middle of that decade, and subsequently to a cinema, making his debut in 1988 in Caruso Pascoski by a Polish father, directed by Francesco Nuti. In 1990 he took part in the program of Raffaella Carrà Ricomincio da due. In 1992 he is at the side of Pippo Baudo in the conduction of record for the summer, a project that will lead (again with Baudo) to the following year too. In 1996 he took part in Atlanta team on Raiuno with Fabrizio Frizzi.

Also in 2004, he took part in the first edition of the reality show La Mole where he was eliminated for the fourth time and in 2010 he took part in the seventh edition of L’isola die famous, where he reached the semi-final.
He is part of the Italy USA Foundation where he is responsible for Made in Italy in the USA.
