Chris Brown born Christopher Maurice Brown is an American singer, songwriter, and actor. He was born on May 5, 1989, in the small town of Tappahannock, Virginia, to Joyce Hawkins, a former day care center director, and Clinton Brown, a corrections officer at a local prison.
Brown taught himself to sing and dance at a young age and often cites Michael Jackson as his inspiration. He began to perform in his church choir and in several local talent shows. When he mimicked an Usher performance of “My Way”, his mother recognized his vocal talent, and they began to look for the opportunity of a record deal. At the same time, Brown was going through personal issues.

Having signed with Jive Records in 2004, Brown released his self-titled debut studio album the following year. It peaked at number two on the US Billboard 200 and was later certified double platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), selling an overall three million copies worldwide.
With his first single “Run It!” peaking atop the US Billboard Hot 100, Brown became the first male artist as a lead since Diddy in 1997 to have his debut single top the chart. His second album Exclusive (2007) spawned his second Hot 100 number one “Kiss Kiss”, in addition to “With You” and “Forever”.
The album was also certified double platinum by the RIAA. In addition to his solo commercial success, Brown has been featured on several singles such as “No Air”, a duet with singer Jordin Sparks, “Shortie like Mine” with the rapper Bow Wow and “Shawty Get Loose” alongside Lil Mama and T-Pain. The songs have peaked at number three, number nine and number ten on the US Billboard Hot 100 respectively.
In 2009, Brown received significant media attention after pleading guilty to felony assault of his then-girlfriend, singer Rihanna; he was sentenced to five years of probation and six months of community service. His third album Graffiti was released later that year, and included the top-twenty single “I Can Transform Ya”.
Brown’s fourth album F.A.M.E. (2011) became his first to top the Billboard 200; it spawned the singles “Yeah 3x”, “Look at Me Now”, and “Beautiful People”. F.A.M.E. earned Brown his first Grammy Award for Best R&B Album at the 54th Grammy Awards. His fifth album Fortune was released in 2012. However, after the release of Exclusive, Brown’s albums have not been well received commercially or by music critics, with the exception of X, which received a normalized rating of 63. Brown’s seventh studio album Royalty was released on December 18, 2015.
Apart from his work in the music industry, Brown has pursued an acting career. In 2007, he made his on-screen feature film debut in Stomp the Yard and appeared as a guest on the television series The O.C. Other films Brown has appeared in, include This
Christmas(2007), Takers (2010), Think Like a Man (2012), and Battle of the Year (2013). Throughout his career, Brown has won several awards, including 14 BET Awards, 5 Billboard Music Awards, and 5 Soul Train Music Awards. According to Billboard, Brown has the seventh most Hot 100 entries on the chart with 87.

Chris Brown Visited By Police After Leaking His Address In Offset Beef
The police conducted a welfare check on Breezy.
The feud between Offset and Chris Brown reached new heights when Breezy dropped his home address on Instagram and asked the Migos star to pull up so they could duke it out. It was a shocking move given the singer’s celebrity status, as many probably jotted down his Los Angeles coordinates so they could get their stalking game on.
While there haven’t been any reported break-ins at Chris’ place, we’re guessing he has a top-notch security system or has informed his team to only allow people named Kiari Cephus to enter the premises. One fan of the vocalist was so worried about the star’s health that he called the police and asked them to perform a welfare check on Breezy.
According to TMZ, Brown was visited by police after somebody called to say that they were worried about his welfare. Shortly after the singer posted his address online, police showed up and spoke to his security team. They notified the cops that Chris is “fine” and that nothing had occurred since the last online interaction with Offset.
Breezy removed the post containing his address after police suggested he do so for his own safety but, as we said, there are probably tons of individuals that wrote it down in their notes. Not the smartest move.

Offset reminds Chris Brown of 2009 beating of Rihanna amid social media spat: ‘Only people you go toe to toe with is women’
Offset isn’t taking his feud with Chris Brown lightly.
The 27-year-old Migos rapper reminded Brown and his fans about Brown’s 2009 beating of Rihanna, which occurred 10 years ago Friday after a pre-Grammy party in the Los Angeles suburb of Hancock Park.
‘Check my record and check yours only people you go toe to toe with is women,’ he said in an Instagram Stories message posted Thursday. ‘Oh, and btw Ima smack the s**t out you when I see you!’
‘I ain’t really have too much rap for you on this social media s***, but since that’s where you wanna take it to tell the people why you hand your management reach out to squash the s***,’ said the rapper, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus.
The latest salvo in the war of words between the artists came after Brown initially shared a meme of rapper 21 Savage.
The Georgia native wrote in response, ‘Memes ain’t funny lame,’ which seemed to trigger Brown’s temper for the worse.
Brown fired back in a reply, ‘F*** YOU LIL BOY. BETTER WORRY ABOUT WHAT U GOT GOING AND FOCUS ON YOU. CALL ME PERSONALLY. U WANT SOME CLOUT WHEN ALL U GOTTA DO IS PULL UP. IF YOU A REAL MAN FIGHT ME.’
Brown added fuel to the fire with another shot, writing, ‘Oh and another thing, ‘SUCK MY D***!!’
The Forever artist remained fuming over the back and forth in a subsequent Instagram Stories post: ‘If he doesn’t get his EARTH WIND AND FIRE pootytang space suit WEARING CAPASS LIL BOY da f*** out my comments and off my d***.’
Offset took to Instagram in his own stories, shorthandedly implying that Brown is a ‘c*** head [who] don’t want’ marijuana.
In Brown’s 2009 attack on Rihanna, the R&B artist received a five-year probation sentence as well as a year of domestic violence education and community service for six months.

A woman who claims Breezy put a “curse” on her child reportedly traveled across the country to visit the singer in an attempt to remove the dark magic.
It’s all going a bit creepy in Camp Breezy – a woman has accused Chris Brown of placing a “curse” on her child.

According to TMZ, the woman traveled all the way from Texas to California in an attempt to get the ‘Undecided’ singer to lift the voodoo she believed he inflicted on her son.
Police were reportedly called after the woman was spotted wandering around Brown’s house in Tarzana, Los Angeles, with her pre-teen.
At one point, the women allegedly threw a bible over Brown’s wall because “she felt the presence of a bible on his lawn would help lift the curse.”
Police tell the publication that the woman may have mental health issues, and that she was taken in for an evaluation. Her son was taken into protective custody.
Luckily for Breezy, wasn’t at home at the time of the incident. The 30-year-old was partying alongside a host of celebrities in Calabasas for Desiigner’s 22nd birthday.
