Ceda Ogada is Deputy General Counsel at the Legal Department of the International Monetary Fund, in Washington, D.C., where he works specifically on nation activities and on Fund strategy definition, audit, and application.
On nation work, Mr. Ogada, in addition to other things, has chipped away at the exchange of Fund-upheld financial projects, including viewpoints identified with sovereign obligation, corporate and family bankruptcy, and administration and defilement issues.
