Campos joined the News 6 group as the new End of week Morning Meteorologist and Journalist. She comes to Focal Florida from Eugene, Oregon where she was the Central Meteorologist for the CBS Associate, KVAL.
Prior to heading out West, Candace started out at WSVN-7 in Miami, where she was the climate maker for more than 5 years. Brought up in South Florida, Candace couldn’t stand by to return to the Daylight State.
Her adoration and enthusiasm for meteorology came quite early in life. As a youngster, her involvement in Tropical storm Andrew started her craving to turn into a meteorologist and keeps on being the main impetus behind her objective to illuminate, teach and enable her watchers on all parts of climate.
