Buck Sexton is an American conservative American radio host, political commentator, and author. He is also a former intelligence officer with the Central Intelligence Agency.

Buck Sexton is an American conservative American radio host, political commentator, and author. He is also a former intelligence officer with the Central Intelligence Agency. As a national security analyst, Sexton appears on the Fox News Channel and CNN.

Sexton serves as the host of The Buck Sexton Show, a three-hour weekday talk radio show, syndicated on over 100 U.S. stations, by Premiere Networks. He previously hosted the original show on TheBlaze Radio and served as a CNN contributor. His work has also appeared in a number of prominent publications including TheBlaze, CNN, National Review and The Washington Times.

After his graduation, he began working for the Central Intelligence Agency Counterterrorism Center. Sexton worked there for a year and was transferred to the Iraq office. In 2009, she was moved to the Afghanistan office.

He later joined the New York Police Department Intelligence Division after four years with the CIA.

He also became the national security editor of TheBlaze in the summer of 2011.

Sexton spent his childhood in the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

He attended Amherst College in Amherst, Massachusetts after primary school. Sexton later graduated cum┬álaude in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

Buck has served as a guest host on the three largest nationwide conservative radio talk shows, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and Glenn Beck. He was also a co-host of TheBlaze TV’s weekday news program Real News from the program’s launch in 2012 to the end of its run in 2014. He also hosted a weekday radio show on TheBlaze Radio Network.

Buck completed tours of duty as an intelligence officer in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as other hotspots around the globe, and led intelligence briefings for senior U.S. officials including President George W. Bush & Vice President Dick Cheney. He also served the New York Police Department (NYPD) Intelligence Division working on counterterrorism and counter-radicalization issues.

Buck became a contributor to CNN in 2014. He then hosted a weekday radio show on TheBlaze Radio Network called “The Buck Sexton Show.” It was a three-hour program featured an analysis of the issues of the day, with an emphasis on U.S. politics and national security. It aired until March 2017.

Premiere Networks then enlisted Sexton to host the syndicated radio show, America Now in 2017. America Now was simply re-titled to his name in 2018.
